Acceptable Use Policy

This policy describes activities that are not permitted when accessing Softmaya websites, demonstrations, environments or services.
1. Lawful and authorised use
You must use Softmaya resources only for lawful, authorised business purposes and in accordance with applicable agreements, documentation and instructions.
2. Prohibited activity
- Fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, deceptive promotions or unlawful value transfer.
- Infringement of intellectual property, privacy, consumer or other legal rights.
- Unauthorised access, vulnerability exploitation, credential attacks or security testing without written approval.
- Malware, harmful code, denial-of-service activity, spam or abusive automated traffic.
- Collection or processing of personal data without an appropriate legal basis and notice.
- Circumvention of controls, limits, monitoring, billing or programme rules.
- Use that materially harms the platform, another customer, end user or Softmaya’s reputation.
3. Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for their users, programme configuration, content, promotions, issued value, legal notices and compliance obligations. Credentials must be protected and suspected compromise reported promptly.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and, where reasonably necessary, restrict or suspend affected access, preserve evidence and cooperate with lawful authorities. Contractual notice and remedy provisions apply where applicable, except where urgent action is needed to protect security or comply with law.
5. Reporting
Report suspected abuse or security concerns to info@softmaya.com with sufficient detail for assessment. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
